Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding fees for services rendered.

6. Guest Wi-Fi & Network Access Terms

By connecting to our wireless network and clicking "LOG IN" (or otherwise accessing the captive portal), you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

• Lawful Use: The network is provided for lawful internet access only. Any attempt at unauthorized access, packet sniffing, network scanning, or malicious activity is strictly prohibited.
• Traffic Monitoring & Reporting: We reserve the right to monitor active connections, bandwidth consumption, and network traffic to maintain system security, operational integrity, and POPIA compliance. IDENTITEK (Pty) Ltd is lawfully permitted and reserves the right to report any suspicious or illegal network activity violating the Cybercrimes Act No. 19 of 2020 to the South African Police Service (SAPS) or relevant law enforcement agencies.
• Access Revocation: IDENTITEK (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate network access immediately and without notice for any user violating these terms or posing a security risk.
• Limitation of Risk: Unencrypted wireless traffic may be vulnerable to third-party interception. You access this network entirely at your own risk. IDENTITEK (Pty) Ltd accepts no liability for data loss, security breaches, or damages resulting from network use.
